An additional bathroom has been introduced, easing the pace of mornings and evenings. It’s a small shift in plan, but one that changes how the home functions day to day.

Throughout the home, integrated storage creates a more resolved and liveable environment. As a result, everything has a place, reducing clutter and supporting a more considered way of living.

The laundry pairs warm materials with practical design, meeting the demands of family life without feeling secondary to the rest of the home.

Existing floors have been sanded back and lightened, lifting the entire interior. Natural light now moves more freely through the spaces, creating a home that feels open and refined.
