Mile End House represents a single-storey internal renovation meticulously designed and executed to fulfill the owner’s vision of a contemporary and highly functional space encompassing the kitchen, dining, laundry, and bathroom.

Fostering a strong bond of trust between client and builder, we diligently adhered to the young couple’s predetermined budget and navigated the spatial constraints of the existing structure.

Through innovative design solutions such as the centrepiece tiled terrazzo benchtop, and efficient building techniques, we surpassed the client’s expectations. Latent conditions onsite were leveraged by Nest to lift the existing ceiling height and transform the external form, resulting in a superior outcome for the client, while staying within budgetary confines.
